About

Kajetan is a seasoned strategist in corporate innovation of digital industries. In the past several years he held different positions in the mid and large technology enterprises in the Netherlands and in Germany (SIEMENS, TASS International). He is double nationality, Polish and German.

During his corporate tenure, Kajetan built and evaluated industry software product roadmaps, lead product teams, architected software applications, implemented new technologies to German market, run business development and lead technology strategy council.

Kajetan holds MBA (executive) degree from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and MSc degree in Biomechanics from Warsaw University of Technology. He is an author or co-author of over 40 publications on autonomous driving, occupant safety and industry software.

Since 2020 he is located in Warsaw, Poland to help young tech. start-ups grow and enter the big world of major European technology incumbents and their corporate VCs. He is a partner in two successful technology start-ups and managing partner in a dentistry clinic.
